Privacy Policy
Last updated: 5 July 2026
This policy explains how LoyaltyGrid (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit loyaltygrid.io or submit a demo request.
1. Who is responsible
Data controller: LoyaltyGrid
2. What we collect
Demo request form
When you submit Request a demo, we collect:
- Name, work email, company name
- Optional message about your use case
- Technical metadata supplied by your browser (e.g. page origin) for abuse prevention
Website use
We do not require an account to browse the marketing site. If you accept optional cookies in the banner, we receive aggregated, privacy-oriented usage metrics from our analytics provider (no advertising profiles, no cross-site tracking). If you reject, we do not load analytics or marketing cookies — only essential cookies described below.
Our hosting vendor may process connection logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and delivery — a standard necessity for operating a public website.
3. Why we use your data and our legal bases
| Purpose | Data | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Respond to demo / sales enquiries | Form fields | Consent (checkbox on the form) |
| Operate and secure the website | Server logs | Legitimate interests (security, availability) |
| Understand traffic (if you opt in) | Analytics metrics | Consent (cookie banner) |
4. How long we keep data
- Demo requests: up to 24 months after last contact, unless a longer period is needed for an active sales or contractual relationship.
- Analytics: per our analytics provider’s retention schedule (aggregated).
- Server logs: typically up to 30 days unless required for security investigation.
5. Who we share data with
We use service providers who process data on our instructions:
- Hosting vendor — website hosting, content delivery, and optional privacy-oriented analytics
- Infrastructure vendor — API services that store demo submissions
We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights.
6. International transfers
Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required by applicable law, we rely on appropriate contractual safeguards for cross-border transfers.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access, rectify, or erase your personal data
- Restrict or object to processing
- Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing)
- Data portability (where applicable)
- Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority
To exercise these rights, email hello@loyaltygrid.io. We respond within one month.
8. Cookies
- Essential cookies: used to remember your cookie preference and whether you have already submitted a demo request. These are not shared with third parties and are set whether you accept or reject optional cookies.
- Marketing and analytics cookies (optional): only enabled if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you click “Reject”, these cookies are not used.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
